Insta Leads — lead management & CRM for growing businesses

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Insta Leads, the software-as-a-service platform available at instaleads.in and app.instaleads.in (the "Platform"), operated by Gravity Consultancy ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, buying a plan or add-on, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business.
Insta Leads helps businesses capture leads (landing pages, QR codes, website forms, WhatsApp and Instagram), manage them in a CRM, send quotations and invoices, book appointments, run a mini online store and collect payments. Features available to you depend on the plan and add-ons you choose. We may improve, change or retire features from time to time; if a change materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, we will tell you in advance where reasonably possible.
Some features use artificial intelligence, such as suggested WhatsApp replies, lead summaries and voice-note transcripts. AI output is produced automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. It is a suggestion only: you decide what to send, and you are responsible for the messages sent from your account.
Insta Leads is a digital, online service. Nothing is shipped. Access to a plan or add-on is delivered to your account immediately after payment is confirmed (online payments) or after we confirm a UPI or bank payment (usually within one working day). If access is not active within that time, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
The Platform lets you send invoices, take appointment fees and run a Mini Store, with money paid into your own Razorpay or Cashfree account or your own UPI ID. In those transactions you are the seller: you set the prices, deliver the goods or services, and handle your customers' refunds, cancellations, taxes and complaints. We provide the software only and are not a party to, or responsible for, sales between you and your customers. You must publish your own terms and refund policy for your customers where the law or your payment gateway requires it.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, after notice where reasonably possible.
You own the leads, customers, documents and other content you put into the Platform. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and contact the people whose details you store.
Some features depend on services we do not control, such as Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram), Google Calendar, Razorpay, Cashfree, Notion, email providers, and the AI providers Anthropic and OpenAI. Their availability and rules are set by those providers, and your use of them is also governed by their terms.
We work to keep the Platform available at all times, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Support is available by email at vaithy@newgc.in on working days.
The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost sales or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using the Platform at any time and ask us to close your account. We may end or suspend access if these Terms are seriously broken or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as payments due, liability and governing law) continue after the account ends.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes we will notify account owners by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Platform after that means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, which we will first try to resolve with you in good faith.
